HOLDING DEPOSIT PER TENANCY - EQUILAVENT TO ONE WEEKS RENT

This is to reserve a property. Please note: This is a non-refundable if any relevant person including any guarantors withdraw from the tenancy, fail any Right- to Rent checks, provide any false or misleading information, fail to sign their Tenancy Agreement including the guarantors (where applicable) within 15 calendar days, or any other deadline for Agreement as mutually agreed in writing.

TENANCY DEPOSIT

We take a deposit on each property registered with the Deposit Protection Scheme equivalent to 5 weeks' rent per property. This amount can be found in the property description.

 UNPAID RENT

Interest at 3% above the Bank of England Base Rate from the rent due date until paid in order to pursue nonpayment of rent. Please Note: This will not be applied until the rent is more than 14 days in arrears.

VARIATION OF CONTRACT (TENANTS REQUEST) - £50 (INC VAT)

Contract Negotiation associated with taking instruction's amending terms and preparing and execution of New Legal Documents.

CHANGE OF TENANT (TENANTS REQUEST) £50 (INC VAT) PER REPLACEMENT TNENAT OR ANY REASONABLE COSTS INCURRED IF HIGHER

To cover the costs associated with taking landlords instructions, new tenant referencing and Right to Rent checks, registration of deposit as well as the preparation and execution of all new legal documents.

EARLY TERMINATION (TENANTS REQUEST)

If the tenant requests to leave their contract early, they shall be liable for the landlord's cost in re-letting the property as well as all rent due under the Tenancy until the start date of the replacement tenancy. These costs will be no more than the maximum amount of rent outstanding on the tenancy.
