All Fees cover:

Tenant Referencing for either a single or joint application

Drawing up the Tenancy Agreement

Transferring Funds into the DPS Scheme

Single Application from £180.00 up to £200 plus vat

Joint Application from £125 up to £150 plus vat per person

No other fees charged for check in or check out.

Tenancy Renewal if property is not managed by ourselves £30 plus vat
